CAN I RESERVE YOUR SERVICE FOR OUT OF TOWN TRIPS?

Yes! Loads and services originating in the Cities listed and surrounding areas can be moved to anywhere in the lower 48. Certain conditions apply. Contact us with specific questions.

DO YOU SUPPORT ONE-WAY RENTALS?

Our flatbed trailer service is one way. Our cargo and dump trailers can be used as a one way rental with some distance restrictions. We are a small operation and will accommodate the customer as much as possible. Please call, email or hit the "Let's Chat" icon on the bottom right to ask any specific questions you may have.

I NEED SERVICES FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Our Cargo, Dump and Flatbed Trailers are available for multi-day use. All services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY/VETERAN/PUBLIC SERVICE DISCOUNT?

Yes! ITI Transports is a small and veteran owned business, that supports other small, veteran owned businesses AND our brave service men and women. We also extend that benefit to our frontline workers such as Police, Firefighters, and EMT/EMS personnel.

WHAT TYPE OF CERTIFICATION DO YOUR DRIVERS OBTAIN?

Our drivers comply with all DOT requirements to move CDL and Non-CDL loads. Our drivers are experienced in tarping, tie-down and chaining operations.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT TO WHAT YOU CAN CARRY?

There are certain weight restrictions that we have to follow in order to be DOT compliant. However, most cargo can be carried with little to no problem. Contact us with any specific questions or special considerations.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPMENT USUALLY TAKE?

Our focus and emphasis is on safety first and foremost. While you would like your items as soon as possible, we cannot account for bad traffic, nature, accidents or any such other conditions that will prohibit the fast delivery of services.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON TYPES OF CARGO YOU CAN MOVE?

We currently support general freight/cargo. That means almost any and everything that can fit on the truck and trailer can be moved. We also transport cars. We plan to move hazardous material in the future but do not provide that service at this time. Please contact us with any specific questions or considerations you may have.

WILL MY ITEMS BE PROTECTED FROM THE WEATHER?

Our team will take every precaution at our disposal to keep your items clean, dry and in the condition received. We use heavy duty 18 mil tarps on loads that need to be protected from the weather. We plan to use crates, where applicable, in the future.
